This Monday we launched a slideshow splash page as phase one of our multi-phase project with Las Mareas, an oceanfront residential project, beach club and boutique hotel in Tamarindo, Costa Rica. The 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Las Mareas Residences located in the private gated community of El Tesoro are currently under construction, as is Las Pangas Beach Club and the hotel is just around the corner. Bookmark the site and be sure to check back for new details pages rolling out in the near future as the residences, Pangas Beach Club and Las Mareas Hotel properties are completed in the coming months. These pages will highlight various features and amenities such as the spas, fitness center and restaurants. As with most of our sites, this website is built on our own ContentWorks CMS and includes a Wordpress blog, each of which allow Las Mareas to add and customize pages with easy to use WYSIWYG editors.
